歡迎使用 SNAPBRIFY（下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 Z1jay 個人營運（operated by Z1jay，個人）。使用本服務前，請詳閱以下條款。
一、條款之接受
當您存取或使用本服務，即表示您同意受本服務條款約束。若您不同意，請勿使用本服務。
二、資格與年齡
您必須具備締結具法律約束力契約之能力方可使用本服務。本服務並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象；未成年人應於監護人同意下使用。
三、服務說明
- 本機使用免費且不受限：在瀏覽器中產生材質並下載，永遠不會觸及雲端或任何配額。
- 雲端儲存有配額：每個帳號最多可同時保有 20 個雲端專案（付費會員 40 個、管理者無限制），每個專案於建立後 48 小時自動刪除；沒有每日上限。帳號額滿時，上傳將被拒絕，直到您釋出名額為止。
- AI 產生：任何已登入使用者皆可使用免費影像模型（每個帳號每日最多 100 張圖片）；去縫（inpainting）功能同樣供已登入使用者免費使用，每次計為 1 張、與生成共用同一組每日 100 張額度；另有付費模型，需具備付費會員授權。
- 付費會員於平台外販售，以固定天數區塊（10／20／30 天）人工授予；網站上不進行任何金流處理；付費會員資格於到期後自動失效。
四、帳號責任
請妥善保管您的登入憑證。您須為在您帳號下發生的一切活動負責。
五、可接受使用
- 您僅得上傳您擁有權利的影像。
- 不得上傳非法、侵權或有害內容。
- 不得嘗試破壞安全機制、規避配額或速率限制，或濫用 AI 產生受禁止之內容。
六、智慧財產權
您保留您的影像及所產生輸出之所有權；您授予 SNAPBRIFY 一項有限授權，僅為提供本服務之目的而儲存與處理它們（並依保存政策自動刪除）。SNAPBRIFY／Z1jay 擁有本網站、軟體及品牌之權利。
七、無擔保聲明
本服務依「現狀」提供，且目前處於測試（beta）階段，可能隨時變更或停止服務，不提供任何關於可用性或所產生材質適合特定用途之擔保。
八、責任限制
在中華民國（台灣）法律所允許之最大範圍內，本服務對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何損害，不負賠償責任。
九、終止
若您濫用本服務或違反本條款，本服務得隨時暫停或終止您的存取權。
十、條款之變更
本服務得隨時修訂本條款。於變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受修訂後之條款。
十一、管轄法律與聯絡方式
本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋；相關爭議以台灣法院為管轄法院。如有疑問，請透過網站聯絡表單（/contact.html）與我們聯繫。
Welcome to SNAPBRIFY (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Z1jay, an individual. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13; minors should use it with guardian consent.
3. Description of the service
- Local use is free and unlimited: in-browser generation and download never touch the cloud or any quota.
- Cloud storage is metered: up to 20 live cloud projects per account (premium 40, admin unlimited), each auto-deleted after 48 hours; there is no daily limit. A full account is rejected until you free a slot.
- AI generation: free image models (up to 100 images/day per account) are available to any logged-in user; seam inpainting is likewise free for logged-in users and counts as 1 image against that same daily 100; a premium model also exists and requires a premium grant.
- Premium is sold off-platform in fixed day-blocks (10/20/30 days) and granted manually; there is no on-site payment processing; premium reverts automatically on expiry.
4. Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable use
- Only upload images you have the rights to.
- No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- No attempts to breach security, evade quotas or rate-limits, or misuse the AI to generate prohibited content.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your images and generated outputs. You grant SNAPBRIFY a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service (and they auto-delete per the retention policy). SNAPBRIFY / Z1jay owns the website, software, and branding.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", is in beta, and may change or be discontinued at any time, with no warranty of availability or of the fitness of generated textures for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Service is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Termination
The Service may suspend or terminate your access at any time for abuse or breach of these terms.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may be revised at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan. For questions, please reach us through the contact form (/contact.html).
